Dont work with this convergys. Review on Convergys India Services Pvt Ltd

Hi, I workerd with this company for 6months and I will tell you why not to work with tjis company as per the law and rules.

• this company name known as CONVERGYS located in thane west in mumbai.

  
  




• they have optus proceses optus is austrlyn Company how we have bpl and uninor its like same status in aus.

  
  




• in this company there is back to back calls. I tead some where that there is a law that the advisor should take certen amount of calls every day, beyound this there is some kind of panelty or extra pay, I use to take 50-60 sometime 80call a day.

  
  




• on top of this they ask us to work for 9.30hrs which is against the law after a week they said that all the advisor will get Rs50 for an hour those who want to do can seat extra. But I was not instrested as it just  50 bugs for an hour which is less and I decided to go on time they made the sitution in such a manner that the advisor have to wait. So what convergys did .tgey made tge transport an hour late for every one in alll shift. So now you wait in lobby for an hour or take call one and tge same thing. The people who raised there voice was terminated by telling that this guy is spreading rhumors.
