This is an international BPO with an excellent work culture, I worked with convergys and liked the way they work. Employee centric company , I have seen many people working from years with this organization because they dont put any extra pressure if ur basics are good, people are very supportive , Salary is less then the market if you will compare with jp , tcs or techmahindra, so the only reason of me leaving the organisation was salary , growth is slow . otherwise excwllent company excellent culture . very good for freshers and experienced both.
