I've worked with Convergys for almost 6 years. I never faced any challenges. I joined this organization on an agent level promoted twice.
I left because I got a better option. But trust me the kind of learnings you will learn im Convergys. You would not be able to learn elsewhere.
This company was like my second home at work. Lot to do, lot to enjoy. They treat every employee as equal.
