A big NO for Continental Hyundai

I own a second Hyundai Accent.2003 model.after using it for a year I felt its high time to get the car inspected thoroughly from a genuine hyundai service center coz the rains had just started and dint wanted to land into any serious malfunction.till date I used to get my car serviced from a local mechanic bt he never went into indepth inspection of the car.so finally on July 30th I took my car for service at Continental Hyundai Mulund. they took a test drive and asked me for what kind of service do I opt for.comparing and calculating overall costing for services I choosed AMC option for 2 services.I gave my car on Saturday and the Representative promised me to deliver the car on Monday evening.on monday I called back so they said Sir, the car is under inspection will call you once the service is over.monday gone, tuesday gone, wednesday gone and same sentence.inspection is ON?finally I went to the service center on Thursday and saw my car I was seriously SHOCKED!all the wheels were removed, the car was on four stools, interiors of all four doors were removed, the seat was in a mess the entire car was messed out!when I got charged on the representative, they showed me a list of 28-30 items tht were to be replaced.where the matter of fact half of them were working, rest were actually of no need. e.g. the wiper motor was working fine it just had gone a bit slow with due time and they asked to replace it.after looking at the list only 3 were shortlisted, Engine Oil, Filter and spark plug cable which was broken.finally I get my car on saturday after all this nonsense and then found hell lots of new problems, the wiper wasnt working, side indicator lights were missing, rear doors dint lock, central locking went for a toss and the most disgusting thing my car's average reduced like hell.overall the car used to give 8-10 city now its just 6 tht too w/o A/c.


Plz plz plz DO NOT opt for these stupid service centers rather your local mechanic wld keep ur car in a better condition.

Oh lord! If any Hyundai PR agency is reading this review, please give me a GENUINE reason of why have you even opened a service center? your service is pathetic, your staff courtesy is ZERO, waiting period is decades be it for the service or even for a new car.the only thing you guys are good at is collecting money on time THAT'S IT! any Hyundai representative please post a genuine reason for your genuine service centres.
