My name is Raja Raman from Bangalore. I bought a Airtel HD Dishtv for Rs 2790 from connect India website on last Friday. As soon as I entered my Name and mobile number I got a call from their representative within 5 minutes and they said they would send a rep to collect money and installation will be done on next day.
The promises they made was all false and lies. The agent Sainath (Mob # : 07411684237) came and collected the money and he said the installation will be done next day. The Bill # for the amount which I paid is 25306. It all started after I paid the money. No one picked up the phone and no one called me back the next day.
I tried to contact the Connect India customer care #(0120-6611666) which is not at all working. It is a incorrect number.
I tried to call the rep Sainath and he gave his manager's mob # (9880049018) to contact. Again after trying to contact this # I was frustrated as his manager did not pick the call.
Finally I got a call from Arvind (Mob # : 9916323632), Vriti infotech, Bangalore and he said I would get the installation engineer on the same day. But no one came. I tried to follow up on the next day and he did not pick up the phone. He disconnected my call. when I tried to call the number again and again. I tried almost 60 times to all the mobile number mentioned above like a stupid but no one picked up the phone. They don't pick up the phone or they would disconnect the phone.
At last I got a call from a guy name Dilip (Mob # : 08867128662) who spoke to me and he said he is the installation engineer. He said he would be coming in half an hour but I was waiting for him for more than 2 hours.
finally he came and The installation was not done on time and the technician did not activate my DTH.
It is not at all working. I tried to contact the office and the technician but they did not pick my call. I tried more than 50 times and I have wasted 2 days following up with these guys. I am really frustrated with the service. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE CONNECT INDIA.
I want my DTH connection to be activated as soon as possible. IT IS NOT ALL WORKING. These people think customers who paid their hard earned money are STUPID and IDIOTS. FRUSTRATED WITH THESE PEOPLE
DO NOT GET CHEATED BY CONNECT INDIA.
