Hi I received a phone call and was forced to buy a Tata Docomo 2g dongle. I had all the verification done and later did I recognize that our area Rajajinagar 1st block does not support 2g. I had paid 1250rs for that Screwed up device.
The most important thing is that there is no proper customer service Ex: no telephone number or never a response to an email. The best part is now Tata Docomo is forcing me to pay 1600 rs for a service which was never used.
