Dear all,
Do not use this app, stay away. IRCTC must take action against this company. 99% your ticket will be not confirmed and immediately after the payment deduction page will become a blank.
Customer support is useless every time you call have to repeat what happened. no reference number for the complaint, no solution. just forget what you have paid.

Confirm ticket app is cheating passengers. CTKT NO: 16182412. My ticket was on RQWL I have paid 550 INR, due to train was busy I couldn't use the train on that day. Heard full refund will be made within 7 working days. Now 367 INR refund is initiated after 10 days. I haven't received any service, why should I pay 183 as a service fee and clerical fee? This is cheating.
as of now, no Refund received.
And the second transaction CTKT NO: 16530576.
01 NOV 2019, 183 INR transaction made. I didn't receive the ticket, it was Bangalore to Mysore journey.
Now I have received message instead of 183 they are refunding 13 INR.
Instead of 183, 13 INR is the refund on what basis?
IRCTC I am looking for your response.
