I travelled from Kalamassery to Kurnool on 22nd December 2018 in your Bus No. KL 07 CP2774. PNR 348391. This was a horrible journey. From Ernakulam the bus was late by one hour and no information was given, I waited almost one hr in Kalamassery bus stop. I tried called almost 50 times to the mobile number given along with ticket, but nobody picked. This delay increase to 2 hrs by Coimbatore. Beside this every now and then bus was stopped just like ordinary private bus calling passengers and may wait for more than 10 mints. And I reached Kurnool by 12 PM. One place they stopped more that 15 mints and we asked why you stopped. Then your people says for changing driver but we did not understand why they waste this much time because 20 mints before only they stopped almost 15 mints for getting passenger. In bus there are some old aged passengers After that and they are almost exhausted. By 9.30 AM they stopped for breakfast in hotel near Gooty and if you see this hotel nobody will eat anything. It was so shabby and dirty. They are making food near human excreta and also one boy is going no.2 nearby. We did not understand why they stopped here because before this hotel there are very good hotels. Over and above the vibration is very high. I thing bus is new and I feel some problem in shock absorber or over air in tyres. One thing Al hind and Al hind employees should understand is that customers not fools.
