I had purchased Inspiron 15 3567 Laptop from CompuIndia. when I got it after 15-20 days of order. so I opened it up and when I saw that laptop was damaged on the screen. so I had taken photos and make video for proof too. and I called to Dell support and they ask me question to check my truthfulness. I send them photos. they don't reply for that email. when I call them they said we had initiated your pick up. after few days I called them they said that our courier service person called you but you didn't pick up the call. then I asked them that why do you not sending me email for any problems you are facing. then I called them again for few times. then they talk with courier service. and they said we need gst form 402 and they said we will call to dell to get it and call back you. nobody called me again. then I called dell again what happened. they said we need gst form 402 which we can't give you information its secrete or something. then they said we will call you by end of the day. nobody called me. so I called again on next day. they said that you need to give gst form 402 until that we can't arrange your pick up. they said generate that from your state website. which I tried but from that website individual can't create that form. I told them to help me to get that form. they said we will call back you. nobody called. then I called them after few days. they said we can't do anything. I asked to talk with senior person. they said we will do something. then nothing happen. I called them again. they said we can't do anything you need to call to compuindia. I called to compuindia their number is not working most of the time. we need to call them 7-8 times and then may be it will ring up. so finally they picked up and said that we can't do anything its DELL's responsibility to arrange pick up and getting form 402. then I called to dell senior officer and he got angry on me and said that go and get form 402 or wait for more days. I said I am waiting since more than month.


so basically they don't send you email for status or anything they need from you. they don't call back to you. we need to keep calling them to get money back. otherwise even after 6 months they pick up your product.


so after 2 months I get my money back. so they don't value customer time.
