I am regular user of this magazine starting from Rs. 25 to now Rs. 75, my family members were also a regular user of this magazine. So it has been in relationship since 90's.
My suggestion regarding this magazine:
buy it from book store monthly
never subscribe for their subscription
dont depend on this magazine alone
I am rating bad to this magazine or purpose of my review is for competition success review services as worst, not the book contents.
They havent informed me about registered post kind of thing and at the time of subscription it was also not mention about the charges of registered post. They have not given the magazine on time, everytime you call them wasting money & time, and cannot prepare for your examination. The offer of Rs 2000 book is manipulative and it is still continuing, so better to get discounts if you are having subscription. I recommend buy directly from store. Later they started introducing registered post charges Rs 200 and now Rs. 400, after paying it you will get your 5 or more days or you might get your copy late.
So it is totally useless to go for subscription. When I have made complaint, they asked me to pay registered post charges and denied to give it free(it is their responsibility chor saale). Their customer service(email or phone) will entertain you when you are ready to pay or else gunga behra andha. So I agreed to pay Rs . 200 WTF. I said since 6 months have passed then I am eligible for Rs. 100, and also you have not sent me a June issue copy, so deduct Rs. 75 from Rs. 100, now Rs. 25 left So Rs. 16.67 per month is the post charge. I added I will not get 7th month issue again as per your policy then deduct that too. Rs. 8.33.
No I said since I made many calls behind you and wasted more than Rs. 30 and more in future and 7 month time I am facing issue, sent me through registered post. After giving so many valid reasons and deal a guy name Chandan agreed. And in November I received the issue on time 20th or 21st, I havent received for October which was a registered post, I neglected it. In December again issue didnt came, I again called up and asked for October and December issue. In January I again called up. And now in February I received on 20th. So never go for subscription even though you are paying for Rs. 400 or Rs. 200 as registered post charges. I never got 4 issues, I made complaint I got 3 of them, and for 1 later I negotiated for deduction from Rs. 100, 1 issue I received after 45 days. So dont think about I have faced this issue and you are not going to face.
