I have brought my Wagon -R Lxi from Ghazipur branch on 18th of October 2008. My experience with them had been the most bitter one. I would never ever suggest anybody to buy from them. Being in Delhi there are lot of options so one can choose between good and bad. So why settle for something bad.
I made my payment on 6th of October and got the delivery of the vehicle after 15 days that too after facing lots of problems.
There was problem at every single stp from getting the finance approval to getting the delivery. Even after that I am still going there on daily basis to get my refund back.
The landline is generally busy. Luckily if you get through the number the required person would be in meeting or would have gone for lunch. Forget to get in touch with the person dealing with your file through the mobile number they would never pick them up.
It should be named INCOMPETENT Automobiles co. Ltd. rather than Competent Automobiles Pvt. Limited. In a months time I took the second car and it was also from Maruti but from different dealer and I swear by the smoothness with which every thing was just done. I got the delivery within 4 hrs. That too I had made the payment of just 50%. Whereas after doing the 50% payment in Competent I had to wait for 15 days to get the delivery. So just can understand the difference.
