There are lots of case of pathetic issues in Competent Automobile Gurgaon(infocity)
have booked Wagon R vxi after name of my father Mr. Vinod Jain on Feb 14, 2013 on competent Automobile, Gurgaon at time of booking they assured me to get car any time after car wherever I got DO from bank so I have made 80% of down payment on Feb 25, 2013 but didn't deliver car even after 1 week finally I have to compromise with color then got car delivered.
Whiling booking on 14 Feb 2013, Pin gear lock was committed but got U shape gear lock after lots of call and mail(9 days from delivery)
3.When I sent my WagaonR vxi for 1st service, I just got call from mechanic who is doing service that AC Filter is not installed in your car, we are installing the same. I just called to reception from where I booked service slot and sales person too they ask yes it required!!!
Is Maruti manufacturing WagonR Vxi without AC FILTER??? Answer is "YES"
After servicing AC cooling is became so bad and I went out of station so couldn't do confirm it with others.
4.From last week some sound coming from engine of my wagon R. I took my car workshop at around 11 am yesterday. They just tighten the fan belt and put some lubricant on fan belt and said it’s okay now sound will go and in fact that time sound became less but again instead of disappearing sound is louder.
I don't know why every time I got reluctant response from Competent Automobile Gurgaon?
It’s just 4 months old car it's belt is nit old enough for sounding, Would you believe? even they don't create the job card but in your below mail you said will thoroughly check it out the we will let you knew what particular problem your car have.
I would suggest don't buy car from Competent Automobile Gurgaon they won't care after sales
