Wehave purchased a Compaq HP V3000 on 03-09-2007 and within one year the systemstarted behaving erratic and was down with no display. We had send it to HP Authorisedservice centre - Simtech Computronics Pvt Ltd and they said the system is outof warranty but the motherboard will be replaced in warranty as its advisorywhich means it has a known issue. Theknown issue is the processor getting heated up and ending up with no display.
Everytime we face this issue of no display, Simtech Computronics Pvt Ltd wouldreplace the motherboard and give it back to us. This shows the fact that HP hassold defective laptops in the market with issues which cannot be resolved atall. This is CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS!
Iwill never recommend anyone to buy a HP product as its nothing but piece ofjunk with incompetent support. First of all, you end up buying a bad brand andproduct like HP then the service support is Worst Worst of all. They have notechnical competency and most of the time the service manager and engineersrefuse to talk to customers.
IfHP Authorized service centre - Simtech Computronics Pvt Ltd service manager andengineers are afraid to talk to customers then they should stop selling HPproducts in market and fool customers. We have also posted the product reviewon Mouthshut.com so the whole world will know about the scrap HP brand as wellas scrap products which they come out with which they can’t support.
Ifyou can’t solve a issue of a customer because of a known issue, you shouldreplace the laptop irrespective of the fact the laptop is out of warranty whenthe heart of laptop i.e. the motherboard is not working at all right from thetime when the laptop is in warranty.
HP Brand and HPProducts are not recommended to any one in India. I have also posted thereview on many social networking sites as well so that all the youngsters andseniors in the industry will stay away from the brand HP.
