I had purchased Compaq CQ42 laptop just 6 months ago. From the first month its screen started blinking so frequently that it is not possible to work on it. When I go to service center they take my laptop and said u can collect ur laptop after 2 days. But when I go there they told me that screen needs to be replaced and we dont have stock. As sson as we get the parts we will tell you. After 15 days they give me my laptop.
But when I use it, I find that the blinking problem is still there. When I again call them they told bring laptop to service centre. This time they told me that there is some problem in keypad, so we have to replaced it. But again the story is same they dont had stock of keypad. So again they took 10 days.
After 2 months I faced problem in its battery. its battery back up is only 45 mins. When I go to service centre they told me u need to restore your windows it will be solve. But after doing this stiil battery is working for only 45 mins.
I had suffered by buying Compaq laptop, please friends you should take care while purchasing a laptop.
