The best thing happened to my nephew when had major accident is, they did admitted him in an emergency ward, treated him for few hours collected more than 10, 000/- and told us to take him home. Home? when he couldn't stand properly. The reason they gave was ''we do not have any empty beds.
For heaven sake, he could not even open his eyes. The whole family was tensed. They did not even suggest to take him to one of their other branches nor any other hospital. Such careless attitude. Columbia Asia stop spending money on Ads, Hoarding and Print.
Start investing in more beds and better attitude.
