Myself Ramesh N with MRN no. YESH- 315730 under gone sleep study( paying 13K for a sleep study) in Columbiaasia Hospital yeshwantpur on 6th feb 2017, but till now I have visited hospital for many times just to get the report, every-time I come, I pay promptly for my consultation any tests ordered standing in long queues, (still the rates are damn high) & also the parking charges on minute/second/hourly basis what they charge(loot us).
If a sleep study test reporting requires about a month, when will be the patient treated, we come to Columbiaasia hospital not for shopping, expecting to get better, but here they only take money( Loot us) & service levels are really poor no proper response & I can say pathetic, I don't know is hospital management is only concentrating of collecting money & not providing quality service.
Mr. Chandrakanth the great soul in columbiaasia is missing, anybody from mngmt pls lodge a missing complaint for him, the great reception/front office dept. manager & team are very busy in chit chatting about there family issues rather helping the patient.
Am eagerly waiting for my sleep study report or a refund of my money of 13K asap, out of my frustration & pain am written this review, just think if it happens to any of the staff & mgmnt family members, how they respond & will they take these many days for reporting.
No one in world are here for granted
