I was suffering from cold and sneezing for and went to see the doctors there. I went to ENt Girish Anand and explained him my case all he could answer was its common and you nose bone is bent due to which you are getting it again n again.he gave me very high dose antibiotics which helped for days went back again after 2 months and he said its due to bone you should get a surgery done.
I was trying alternate medicines, home remedies, homeopathic etc but nothing was working. Ya forgot to tell I had got my nose and chest xray done as well as CBC and all was fine. I literally told Dr. If my nose bone is problem why didn't I have this problem in so many years them they blamed Bangalore weather n pollen.wow na.nonsense they are
Its now almost 8 months and someone suggested to check with Dr. Sanjay rao, general physician but he was way beyond previous one. He said there is no solution its in Bangalore's air and said only thing is we can straightened bone of nose by surgery. Else just keep taking these nasal sprays( to be noted: thise are steroid based) everyday.
But since my family had said my immunity seems down and my husband had read it can be bcz of low vitamin d or b12. We suggested Dr. If we should get that checked and he said ok and prescribed the test. I just got my reports(and yes my very low vitamin d was reason for that allergy n cold which none of these could diagnose and could not suggest.I feel we are more educated than these idiots) from another lab(another means apollo not any road side one)as Columbia Asia was charging a premium of 400 rs. on tests too. When I called to check if I have to pay again for prescription when I cone to show reports they said it depands on Dr. You come n show and after seeing report he will tell.ridiculous. I travel 10 km to see and in 48 hrs he will charge me again.
To my surprise there reception people told ideally one will have to pay prescription charge for each meeting with Dr. Even if it'd in same day. Bloody money makers. What a profession! So first day they will just charge to write test s and second day to see reports m sure once I will show him report he will write 2, more to charge again.
I wish I had read reviews and would have never been there.
Eventually in a nutshell .
Dr. Have no knowledge and could not diagnose after 3 visits and the tests we recommended helped in diagnosing.how the hell these nonsense Dr. Got a degree. Govt should shut down such hospitals.
They charge you for every meet with doc even if its in same day I had seen best of hospitals but no one ever charges to see reports
Don't ever go there.its a shame on the name of hospital.
