Its silicone based and an oil control primer. I use it on my T-zone before applying foundation. It keeps the are matte for long. It smooth-ens the skin texture and fills pores.
Make sure your face is not moisturized prior to applying this primer, or it will just flake away. This primer needs to be applied on dry face. It Increases the staying power of your foundation.
