Purchased a T shirt in color plus for Rs.1400 and travelled abroad . I did not even have to wash it even once, the quality was so bad that the dark blue color struck to my jacket and inner wear ruining both. Just rub your fingers across the fabric and the color came on to my hands. Here is the worst part – I returned it to the show room and they took 2 months to respond.
They made me come thrice to their show room in Spencer Plaza Chennai. Finally they said I could pick another t shirt at the same cost. Guess what there was a 50 % sale going on and they said that they will not consider the discounted value but take the full value for the exchange. I was furious and walked out. Color Plus is a premium brand and one never imagines that they would treat you this way. Rs.1400 gone + my ruined jacket
