Best Feature : Located on the prime baga calagute road on one side & walk-able distance to the beach through the property....

The hotel is located at 100 meters from the main Baga Calangute road, the small lane has mostly Kasmiri owned shops selling handicrafts & owners trying to flirt with foreign ladies :-( . Indians are given 2nd grade treatment at these shops
The best part of the hotel is the spacious layout with wide green lawns & palm trees in the front & around the villas.
The rear side of the hotel opens into the baga beach & has multiple shacks lined up. The tourists can laze around the shacks for entire day by buying a beer & snacks. The best part is that the beach is not crowded in this stretch as at main Baga & Calangute areas. One of the best places I have stayed in Goa
My recommendation : I recommend this to families with small kids since this very safe location & children can roam around the hotel safely.
My stay in November at Colonia Santa Maria over 4 nights was a memorable experience !!
