Coinswitch kuber is an App where we can buy or sell Bitcoins and many other alt coins. It is one of few Indian Cryptocurrency platform that facilitates the buying or selling of cryptocurrencies but they, in my opinion, have failed miserably.
Coinswitch Kuber features two types of market order.
1> Instant Buying or Selling,
2> Limit Orders
You can deposit a minimum of 100 INR via IMPS or UPI or through other modes as well but most of the times, I don't know why and they never bothered to tell me, deposits are disabled. Cryptocurrencies are very volatile. Sometimes the prices soar upto 40-50 percent but due to Coinswitch's bad service of depositing money I have lost many opportunities.
The buy and sell prices are not exactly the current market price. Infact, the gap in buying and selling is sometimes 6 or 7% which is very pathetic. The graph in coinswitch is out of the question to understand. One cannot be able to make or understand any pattern of its graph.
Their help and support is also very bad. I tried to contact them regarding the difference in prices many a times but to no avail. Once or twice they responded but simply says it's best to the real market value.
Look and feel also needs a lot of upgradation.
Upto this writing I am down 30% on coinswitch and if you guys think maybe I am not good enough in trading than do know that I am 15% in profit on Binance.
If you had to follow my recommendation than don't invest your money via Coinswitch Kuber
