CTS is good company pay, growth, security and onsite wise.but avoid cts Chennai. Please do not go to cts Chennai if u r not a Tamil. Official meetings are in tamil. Non tamils have there junious promoted to there rank and later as there seniors. Even the directors are tamil and they will laugh and abuse if things are escalated by a non tamil. CTS in other states is really the best place to be.
In chennai manager can never be a non tamil hence u will never have a peaceful life there, heaven if u r an iyengar tamilian. Even onsite calls with onsite coordinators are tamil. I worked there for 2 years its sick. When u will suffer and cry they will smile and enjoy.
Food su*ks too in Chennai cafeteria. When I resigned my manager didnt even spoke to me not even on my last day. All handover communication was by mail. Some projects in cts outside tamil nadu were eager to take me. My tamil manager didnt release me though he happily accepted my resignation. reason is that if he wud have let me to north indian cts office I wud have escaped humiliation and he wud not have seen me suffer, but due to resignation he got opportunity to indirectly make me suffer in my release process.
I know 100s of non tamils in cts chennai who udergo same situation every day. they dont leave girls too if they are not tamils.Join cts and enjoy life but never go to cts chennai.God Bless all(except tamils in chennai cts)
