I have worked almost 2 years in cognizant and I personaly feel that the work culture, job satisfaction and professinal and personal life balance is very good in cognizant. Here growth opportunity, learning opportunity was also good. Facilities provided by the company is best in comparision to other companies and also salary wise there was no compatitor. No worries in job security also.
