I am working as fresher in this company and only having 5 month of experience.
But I realise some of the facts about this company that keep one bad impression on me.
So, I tell u one thing first start with favourtism if you are from chennai u are getting more prefernce than other other states employee.second thing is that in cognizant everything is dependent on luck what u know it doesn't matter here.Third thing HR IS Treating u like a worker every time they are going to say u Can't do this u Signed the agreement and like of this bla bla thing, so they are forcing u to do what they are asking u to do.If u want to work here so forget about the dreams that u are keeping with u just follow everything like pet dog what they are saying.and about salary its better not to discuss about it.
