Neutral Outlook.Approves of CEO.I worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions full-time(More than 3 years)
Pros
Time flexibility, no dress code. Employees are treated well and requirements/issues are addressed in timely manner. Hike in salary is best compared to other service based companies in India.
Cons
Getting release from current project is major issue. Keeping managers happy is must to get promotions or good rating even though you are Steve Jobs in your project team.
Advice to Management
To my personal opinion there are very few in upper management who are literate enough to understand project from technical point of view.
