I agree with all comments.Its a company for Tamilians benefit .I worked 7 years with this company in USA.I never got promotion but my colleges from Chennai become Directors and unfortunately even they can not speak English with clients.I feel its very mean middle Management.I would suggest not to Join.
Its Cognizant Testing services or Chennai technology services, Worst Management.I see some Ladies working from Chennai they pose like they know every thing but most of them are useless and unmatured.If you are not Tamilian they try to dominate on you with their Manager support.Do not waste your time with this company.
Most of my colleagues already left this company.Horrible place to work.We got in USA one Manager from Chennai at Pepsi client and the client asked to introduce then he is unable to speak simple english and every body is laughing at him.Finally I want to conclude this company is meant for Tamil Nadu.-a state who hates non speaking Tamil language
