Cochin International Airport, Commonly known as Nedumbassery Airport, is the best Airport to choose if you are in a flight journey to Kerala.Ernakulam is the Heart of Kerala.Its the best hub to connect to all the different tourist, economical, educational and recreational spots in Kerala.For the same reason, if you are visiting Kerala, you should choose to land in Cochin Airport.
Now coming back to the airport, you will have pleasant and smiling officers to welcome you.This is a peace of mind because, recently other airports in Kerala like Karipoor airport are in news because of rude behavior of the Staff.CIAL is the only airport in Kerala where I felt Safe.The environment is Calm and Silent.All the Terminals are exceptionally clean and tidy.Moreover Baggage missing complaints are very low as compared to other ports.
The only negative point I could point out is about the pre-paid Taxi services.They often have rude and unpleasant behavior towards the passengers.The problem is that typically no one will bother to raise a complaint as they have already reached their destination.All the Cab, Bus and Train services are easily accessible from here.There are even some tourist places very near to CIAL, which you could visit if you have some extra time to spare.
