Coca-Cola (also known as Coke) is a popular carbonated soft drink sold in stores, restaurants and vending machines in over one hundred and forty countries.
A soft drink is a drink that contains no alcohol and applied to carbonated drinks. This is the member of our life even we know that it is not good for health.
The coke contains carbonated contents. So for the tummy related problem, it can help. But it is not good for health if you are preferring it reguralry. I read somewhere that it kills our bones and teeth as it?s PH is more than 3. I don?t know whether it is true or not.
It does not have any nutritional contents like vitamins, proteins etc. It just have sugar contents, preservatives, colouring which is not good for our body.
It comes in cams, bottles. You have knowledge that in last few days, there was something happened due to thses cans. I don?t have details. But my preference is to avoid soft drinks. Instead of it, go for lemon juice or go for fruit juices. Decision is yours.
