I can't even remember when was the first time I drank Coca Cola. The sweet fizzy taste of it made me addicted to the drink. It is really addictive. In the past Coca Cola contained crack cocaine, hence the name Coca or COKE. Sometimes I think that they might still add it in there, because I get extremely hyper!


But I know it's not because of that. It's the caffeine, and the 16 teaspoons of sugar in one 355 mL can. (That's a lot!) Try eating 16 teaspoons of sugar everyday, and see if you gain any weight. You will, unless you have insects in your body, or if your metabolism is really high.


I know I gained weight because of it. I'm not saying I'm fat. But after drinking it everyday, I gained as much as 10 pounds. I freaked out and stopped drinking it. Now I drink it occasionally, maybe when I go to someone's house. But at home, or school, never!


They say too much of everything is bad. But, too less of everything is also bad. It is agreed that Coca Cola is bad to drink. But, only if you drink it everyday. If you drink it occasionally, it's okay. Let's say for example, you want to lose some weight, and you go on a diet. After losing the weight you want, you go back to your normal food. When you go back to your normal food, you'll gain that weight back. Same with Coca Cola. If you go on some ''No Coca Cola Diet'', and after satisfaction you go back in drinking it everyday, you'll want lots and lots and eventually that weight will come back faster than you lost it.


I'm not trying to give you diet tips. What I'm trying to say is, the taste is good, but is it really healthy for you to drink like water? They say ''Drink 8 glasses of water everyday'', and I know people who drink 8 glasses of Coca Cola everyday, I'm not joking!


If you don't drink any at all, you'll get cravings to drink it, and then you won't be able to stop yourself from consuming. You'll drink more and more. You need that control to consume these kind of drinks.


Coca Cola is a yummy drink, but in the long run, it may be hazardous to our health. Sweet can have bitter affects on us. 16 teaspoons of sugar? Do you know how much fat that is?


I only recommend this drink based on taste. For health matters, this drink is definitely not recommendable!
