Coca-cola or coke as it is refered to has a pH value of 4.5 making it a quite a strong acid. The acidity in the drink kills of the enzymes in our body needed for digestion. Enzymes are pH and temperature sensitive therefore the acidity and the coldness affect these enzymes adversely and may cause indigestion.
Since cocoa cola is a carbonated beverage it contains carbon dioxide and therefore over consumption may lead to death due to the high saturation of carbon dioxide it the blood stream. It was recently reported that a college student in India died after participating in cola drinking competition his post mortem read death due to high saturation of carbon dioxide in the blood stream.
Plus the acidity may dissolve the calcium of the teeth making them brittle and prone to damage.It is also a well known fact that the coca cola uses efffective marketing stratergies ti market their brand using symbols that especially refer to youth. However the adverse effects of drinking coke over a long period of time are quite severe and it ia best to avoid the drink completely.
In conclusin one bottle can't hurt can it?
