I wish to share my horrifying experience with CLUMAX. On the advise of my Ortho-surgeon, to-day at 12.10 PM I went to Clumax 3rd Block Jayanagar, B'lore for BMD-Total body study test. After waiting for 45 minutes the test was conducted and the technician informed me to collect the report at around 5 PM. Leaving aside my other important works, I reached the Diagnostic Center at around 7 PM. The receptionist asked me to get the report from the 2nd floor. But in 2nd floor they sent me back to fetch it from the 1st floor itself.
Later the same receptionist made me wait for half an hour saying that the report has gone for signature of the doctor. After 45 minutes, on inquiry I was again asked for my name and told me to wait since they are trying to locate the report. After an hour again on inquiry I was told that the report is not traceable. After my insistence for the report, they took the print out of the report in front of me.
The staff were so rude they did't have any repentance for their deficiency of service for having made me to wait for more than an hour. At last when I went to meet Mr.Arun, General Manager, to complain he was not found. Then I complained to Ms.Rashmi, In-charge, then she came with the report stating that the report was sent for the signature of the doctor. I had given the written feedback to her. Despite paying hefty amount of Rs.3000/- towards the charges for test, I was made to wait and waste my valuable time just to collect the report. Being an Advocate, I had to face this worst experience, then what will be the fate of lay man?
