I have never come across a Doctor who is so arrogant. She fails to realize that patient has visited the center for the diagnosis of a problem he/she is going through and she behaves as if people are there for free. Patient is already undergoing physical and mental stress which is the only reason for visiting them and no one goes there for fun. Doctor must empathize with the patient. We understand they do no have time, but they cannot misbehave for this reason.
If patient is asking something then its his/her right to know the same, as the procedure is going on his/her body only. Doctor must answer the basic questions with patience and not with arrogance.
The attitude of nurses along with the doctors are of doing favor and not service. Patients always look up to doctors as people who would help them get out of their problems not as those who would in turn misbehave and enhance the mental trauma.

Its in the interest of the management to take the feedback seriously else for patients, there are many other options too. Management must understand that if someone is taking the pains of writing the mail then one would have certainly undergone mental harassment.
