Pathetic clinic and equally bad staff. Doctors also don't seem very professional. I had called up before going there and went there only after taking a confirmation. I was asked to come max by 3:30 else the doctor would leave by 4, but when I reached I was told that the doctor is not available has gone for lunch and would not come before 4:30.
Then when I yelled at them they told me that the call centre people had miscommunicated the same and the woman at the counter was extremely curt forcing me to realize that choosing clumax was my BIG MISTAKE. After all this ruckus I was sent to the 2nd floor saying the doctor would come at 4 n I would be the first patient despite the cue. When I went there no one was there, n no waiting. I was then told that there was a doctor but he was a male doctor if I was ok with it. I agreed as it dint matter and when I went inside the doctor was a lady doctor.
I really dont know what kind of a clinic is it and with so much unprofessionalism how are they even surviving.
I wish there was something like negative.
