They are fraud don't buy any package From. Review on Clubmeridien

I have purchase this package in 28000 Approx for 2 years. I booked the hotel for dated 18Feb 2023 to 20 Feb 2023 and sent mail 25 days before. they mailed me please sent mail before 7-10 Days. I again forward that mail on 8 Feb and they told me from last 3 days that we will update you within 24 -48 hours. Now today I called them so many time after 3 days. they said that we will update you and send you mail. Now after 3 days, means today they mailed me you sent mail less than 7-10 days so we can't booked your room. and every time from last 3-4 times thay always give different different excuses and take our money to cheat us. they gave me room in starting but after that always gave me lame excuses. I want my money back and also want that they don't cheat any other person. they told me that do what can you do. In India there is nobody and nothing any department those take any action for us. Please help to return back my amount thanks they are 1 star but unable to tick 1 star default select 3 star
