Myself Chaitali and today I am going to share my personal experience regarding the online e-commerce shopping portal called " CLUB FACTORY " from where I shopped around two months ago, As I was looking for a new dress for my cousins birthday, I was browsing through the internet and there I found the website of club factory.
First things first, The Website is very very slow, As soon as I opened the website tons of pop-up and pop-under banner, digital banner ads opened. The website itself was full with ads. My computer stated hanging and it became very difficult to brows. But still somehow I mAnasultanged to shutdown all the ad windows and keep on exploring the website. I website is very old looking white and blue color background. Not much of features is their. Home, About us, Buy products, Search and Contact Us are the available options. The website is not at all maintained and its not up to date. So over view of the company website is very bad. and quality of work is even worst.
Now the concept of the company is very simple, You need to search the product you are looking for but the searching options are not very specific. You cant target your specific search goal as there are not much of options available. You can search by gender and size only. No price range, search by brand name, search by discount etc is not there. So the process of searching process is long and slow, it took me one and half hours to search a simple dress. After searching for a while, I found out that the company does not have a wide range of branded collection. Only few brands with limited collection, and selective size is available. Other products are local made and the quality seems like not good. So the stock and collection is not at all good in quality.
Now the main part, The prices are very high with no discount. For a simple dress they are charging 3, 572 rupees, which is very high. But still I ordered the product as I was in hurry and I needed the dress because I liked it. So I started registering process, Its a long form which took almost thirty minutes to fill and then a email and phone otp verification happens. Once I was registered I signed in to the web site and went to order the dress. But the biggest problem is that there is no Cash On Delivery option is available, So for a new customer its not very safe to aishwaryasingh23 before even taking a single service from the company. But still I trusted them and paid via my Cred824it card.
Once the order was done they said it will take three working day to reach my address. But after almost ten days I got my product and they came to my place without even informing me, . So the delivery process is very bad and they don't even maintain a proper schedule. Don't expect them to be on time. Its disorganized.
Now the product high I ordered and the product which I got is not the same, its different in color and the quality is very bad and the price is super high for a local made product. So I was unhappy ang wanted to return the product and wanted to take my money back, So I tried to contact the customer service but the was so busy and they kept me on hold, and after four days I got to talk with the service executive and they said they can exchange the product but the refund is not possible, So I got stuck and my money was done for a bad product. I trusted them and they gave me a bad product. So never ever aishwaryasingh23 them advance because they will send you bad quality product. So I will not recommend this e-commerce portal to anyone. This is the worst experience I ever had. There are other trusted sITES_Company like MYNTRA, FLIPKART, AMAZON etc. I will give one out of ten to this shopping portal for such bad shopping experience.
