My shopping experience with.CLUB FACTORY. Review on Clubfactory

Hai friends, to day I am sharing my experience about CLUB FACTORY.club factory is a mobile application where you can actually shop.you get things a lot most shipper compare to the other retail websites or applications .so if you buy from clubfactory the price bit be a almost less.because they directly import for the factory without giving it to retailer to directly giving it that 's the prices is less.I know about club factory, I could to know about facebook, instagram , advertisements.whenever you know I close the app, facebook, instagram app there will be a popup.there will be a lot of sections in club factory applications like beauty, fashion, jewellery, clothing, footware.

There is no one product , which is my complete tension that was the my bracelet, it's a 3pearls bracelet.one in gold , rold gold, silver and it is in the shape of like keys.i saw this bracelet which I key in them.i don't buy anything from better.this one immidiately I listed it for my wife .so and it was just for 100rupees.i thoughted to blots of reasons about how club factory works in everything.and I found out that you have to shop for around 2000to get free shipping , in around 120that was so quirrible .

Coming from the matter I place my order on march 11th, so I got a message seeing that, my product has been confirmed again and march 12th what a message that my factories have recieve my old then after 12th I got message on 15th march and they said that after you know your order was shifted to club factory distribution center and it will take about 2to 5days.and then don't recieve any message.

And then after 12days we got an message that club factory order has been shift to distribution cener from where house.items are shift by e-com express .they mentioned there is a tracking links you track your order.but there is no tracking links.but I went to the e-com express website and I tracked it on 27th march my first message on the tracking website was the soft data uploaded and then on 27th march recieved a message call pick up you should next day for by 28th.my estimation delivery has been april 1st.order they cane buy estimation delivery that you will be receiving the product to be than on 1st.i wait even if goed 2-3days okay as long as I am getting updated.i have no problem I can wait.I was patiently waiting but I think on april 1st I sawed to very about it that day no updating.since april 1st there is no update.i don't get information that is so bad.i went to the contact support I message them.where is my order and I said everything they sending with the same tracking link .your product is trans itplease wait for 10to 20days.you should get the product .i mean they literally saying the same sending me the tracking link.no extra information just say information not getting updated.what is going on is there any problem.he said nothing it will getting soon please wait.on april 8th there is more days there is no update.and I again contact him tell me I supposed my ordered product on april 1st atleast at information getting updated.i am not bother about .there will no answer is the constant and every time different person hands my quiddy.and I started get worry.because my money cause I paid then I contact e-com express I placed order in this is trans it where it is exactly this my product is there with you or its lost or just update me ask them and they said like we don't have a product with us they have only the soft data with I am not actual product with him.

So they asking to clubfactory people and I was at this point I was confused and I was irritated.next day it's final I messaged them common u have to tell me the answer what is happening e-com express people are saying they don't have any thing with them they asking me to contact agsin but you guys are saying that it's in trans and shift thats why I am guving me the tracking link.i got a message you know there is something problem with the shipment .i just ask for refund , I din't even want my product.because at this point it's been wait us too long, and I loss that hope .i have my product my hand again they said sorry we can't provide refund order after shippment.i said I can't just leave it.you have to be responsible now because you saying the same problem.and I will be waiting 1 more day you have to solve this problem as soon as possible.i need to get up detail.do something, do update me.i can't just leave like that.and they said he received the infirmation and have passed out the dissappear.do what ever u want to do.i need an answer I won't believe.next day I checked tracking link information just it was like on april 11th I am get updated.shippment in scan and shippment connected to chennai from mumbai back scan and everything connected in monday just scan and april 12th I got my product in hand.

I got the point should be like push them can't update me.like you will not be recieving a product by april1st it will take 20days.please bare with us.but will provide waiting patiently the update .if they and see directly and will be no problem but there is no response.and ask them only cause them reply I will never ever placed in another order clubfactory.even though whatever I placed was in good condition and that is good quality .it's there is I don't want experience again.
