Big Disappointment. Review on Clubfactory

I order one Ring from club factory when I paid my amount through debit card amount got deducted from my bank account but here in club factory app it's showing payment failed ...after that I called customer support almost waiting for 15min my call got connected than I told him all the story and that he started him bxxchxxx that sir because of server error you payment process is failed your will get credited in your bank after one week you try one more time for the payment Than i said what to do if it shows the same error he said than that amount also get credited after week in your account..... product delivery periodis also very

Poor and the ring I was ordering from club factory after that I checked regarding that ring on Amazon there they are charging less amount also and delivery period is also great the standard 2 to 3 days ...
