Took my first holiday at their mussorrie resort. Being an extreme cleanliness, neatness addict, I was quite skeptical. Was amazed at the staff courtesy, efficiency and ever ready to help attitude. Even more so , when I was informed that this is a recent property and not yet refurbished to club
Mahindra standards.
Look forward to my next trip, in their highly recommended Goa property.
Went through a few earlier reviews. My advice, book only through Mahindra office and not through the numerous agents that hang around malls. I booked by calling Club Mahindra directly. Also got free food vouchers worth Rs 8000.
By the way, I am a frequent traveller and this was not my first Mussoorie trip.
Also must mention that this too was a joining up free vacation which did not affect my yearly week. I was offered a 15 day holiday. As I was to use only 3 days, I requested them to allot me 3 cottages, instead of the 2 my membership entitles me too, so I could take my parents along. Surprises of surprise, they agreed and we all had a wonderful, enjoyable weekend.
Have also got myself a RCI membership and plan to utilize it soon
