They cheat in a big way. First, the salesman sells the package offerinf all kinds of free gifts. We took a high season expensive package for 4 lakhs, which entitles us to a free stay during peak season. Not only are they claiming the peak season is full for the next one year(after which the free offer expires anyway), they are also refusing to accomodate a member anywhere. In their own words, first preference is given to non-members who are paying full price.
For 4 lakhs, we may as well have bought ourselves some nice international holiday packages. After this, they are refusing to refund money, or accomodate any holiday requests. Repeated calls and emails are being ignored. If they come on the phone they make false promises and disappear after that. One guy told us he is making a reservation for us in Mahabaleshwar, but is refusing to take our calls thereafter.
On checking online, I found 100s of people are facing the same thing. It is surprising that a Mahindra company can cheat such large amounts from people. I hope this review will save a lot of people from investing their money in something they will never get.
