Inspite of repeated requests to cancel upgrade club mahindra refuses to answer and act on it.They want to force people to pay and blackmail at various stages with loss of inventory.
- We have been committed a kitchenette at the club mahindra properties however during recent travel to mahableshwar, shimla and manali there were no kitchenette facilities provided yet I have been debited for a studio rooms.
the membership stated kitchenette as a committment and it is not my concern whether properties are acquired or built, the committment to the memeber / customer is simply not met?
Why are the committed facilities not provided.? Even the new cherrai property does not have kitchenette.
You shud debit only as rooms / hotel units as committed facilities were not provided.
- On my recent travel to dubai I chose to stay at arabian dreams through an agent at rs 19000 for 1 BR for 1 week as it is a lean season in Dubai however it is classified as purple season for Indian travellers,
why are you cheating members with such cassification?
The housekeeping staff at dubai informed as that the vessels would be cleaned only as a payable service for club mahindra memebers however for paid residents it is free.
Why have members paid you money in advance, this is really disturbing . 4. Amendments for minimum stay of 3 nights was not in existence when I took the membership. New rules are being implemented as per your convenience.
I am not interested in why this rule is implemented, it is not in the members interest, I do not accept the same.
