Club Mahindra should be named as fraud Mahindra.I m a member of club Mahindra from last 2yrs (id 2287814) But haven’t taken any holidays since then. but when I approached then to book my holidays in Kerela they first told me clear my dues on and one of the executive named Partha took the cheques and told me that my holidays are booked according to my dates and he will send me the details so I booked my air tickets but when I called them the after 3 days for the confirmation email which he promised to send me he told me that will definitely send me soon but when a whole week pass and they didn't call up I ranged him again but that executive didn't bother to pick my phone .
Then I called the desk number and this time some manager called Sumanta sinha took my call and say my are not booked yet and it’s hard to book according to my dates and he starts suggesting me the dates which is after 2 months of my schedule time. Now this is actually not my holiday it’s become their kindness that they are offering me the resort after two months.
Then I called the head office in Bangalore and asked them to cancel my membership and refund my money. Again another joke made of me when the representative said I am afraid that you will not get any money back as you are a 2yrs old member so what if you have not stayed a single day in Mahindra resort.
Now I like to request to all the people who have been cheated let’s make a joint petition against club Mahindra.
