I recently purchased the club mahindra membership. The epxerience post paying the big chunk of money has been close to horrible. We were promised 2 weeks holiday as an incentive to join. 4 months after joining I am still not able to book these holidays inspite of following up with the team almost every week.
Customer service is not equipped to handle the queries and promise to get back to you in 2-3 days and we dont hear from them for 2-3 weeks. Escalation have not helped till now.
I am not sure how to get this problem solved.
