1. Club Mahindra email dt 08 Aug , my email dt 04 Aug and Club Mahindra inter-active ID Nos 4297965 and 4301442 refer.
- As mentioned in my letter under ref addressed to Club Mahindra, I have taken a conscious decision not to avail the offer given by Club Mahindra , chiefly because of misrepresentation by their officials as also poor and impersonal inter-active response from your Company representatives .Note-worthy here is that during the initial call given on ''winning'' the Club Mahindra free offer followed by the lengthy presentation urging winners to become members (with numerous facilities and special offers promised ) , the follow up is extremely poor.
This after insisting that the chosen winner must give a clear YES OR NO on the spot regarding payment and membership!!! This itself is poor salesmanship and tantamount to subtle blackmail/pressure tactics. If the Company is genuine and doing well and is staffed with sincere employees , these gimmicks care not really required.In any case the very same Chandigarh Branch personnel who promised the moon initially refused to take calls and then gave silly excuses as to why the 'complimentary' offer could not be availed with respect to the days and station , as requested by me .
Here I would also like to mention that the Company hierarchy needs to do an introspection in-so-far as this ''Club Mahindra Special/Free Offer'' programme is concerned as it lacks sincerity and is affecting the Company reputation.
At the present point of time I do not wish to go into litigation or post on Facebook/Media or ask for redressal from the Consumer Forum . All that I am insisting is that the initial payment(Rs 29285/-) taken from me be re-imbursed and I am willing to close the issue on amicable terms.I have already instructed my Bankers to cancel the post dated cheques/ECS clearing instructions for payment of the approx 4.50 Lakhs that had been asked from me. Once again , please note NO repeat NO gift or facility or expense or voucher or any privilege has been taken from Club Mahindra.
I also wish to warn innocent , trusting and gullible citizenry that kindly do not be taken in by their promises and and glib presentation , for this is a huge scam and requires an investigation by concerned authorities.
