Dear Readers
As a responsible consumer is consider it my moral responsibility to share my experience with Club Mahindra(CM).
I am a Red Studio member(one of the costliest membership) with CM who feels himself cheated.
After purchasing the membership for Rs. 5L, all I get to see is non-members availing the rooms and members wait in queue.
Rooms are available on net and to prospective member on free vouchers, but not in member login.
On raising the concern with CM, the response is got is as under:
“Selling unutilized rooms during the lean seasons helps us in maintaining the resorts and containing the Annual Subscription Fee charged to members. Additionally these non-members are potential future members which ultimately help us in providing more choices of resorts to all our members.”
I now leave the matter to reader’s wisdom on weather not they wish to get treated in the manner above after spending lakhs of Rs.
