Few Months back I was thinking of holiday club membership and then I visited Club Mahindra holidays web site. I thought of visiting the Club Mahindra office and then it did not happen in last two three months because of some other critical priorities.  Just two weeks back I came out from those hectic tasks. On Friday, 17th Oct I got a call from Club Mahindra branch office called “Wonderland Holidays (I) Pvt. Ltd, Chinchwad, Pune”saying you are selected for a lucky draw and you visit our office. Any way I wanted to visit Club Mahindra for enquires, I thought this is good time to visit and I agreed to meet on same day.

Till this time I had good respect for anything associated with name called “Mahindra”, although I had not taken any kind of direct experience.

Those guys gave me a demo for 1 hour 45 minutes. I responded with honest answers to their all questions. After 45 minutes or so, I when I told them, anyway I wanted visit your office to understand details and cost involved in it and today’s phone call from you triggered it. I am not going decide anything today. I just need details. After that also they kept talking all the stuff of their interest for another 30 minutes. I kept saying I got details of club Mahindra holidays and now wanted to know cost involved in it. I am not prepared to became a member today itself. I just need some time to decide, but I am serious about it. I had told same thing to the Manager also.

In between some other person started saying, it waste of their time. The person who was giving the presentation left the place and said someone else will give those details. It was nothing but my insult. I told them I am working on senior position in a billion Dollar company and please don’t think of your time only. I too rarely find time. Then he said I can not disclose the cost details.

Then another person came and he took another 5 minutes speaking what he wanted to speak. You have already taken 1 and half hour and only spoke what you want to. I am requesting you the cost details for last 15 minutes and you are speaking everything other than that.

Then he asked forth idiot about the cost and he asked me to contact head office directly and he can not give that.

I got notion that those idiots were thinking as if I came there for free holiday gift voucher.

I have never seen such a Golden Bunch Of Idiots. It was irritating and insulting treatment. You are worth hating!! I am sending this feedback with a postal mail and I wanted send one gift with it. Please help me in reaching it to those Idiots.
