We have already taken a membership of 2, 55, 017 Rs in a 36 Emi plan on 15/09/2007 date & till date we have not availed of any holiday .We are absolutely disgusted to the core the service rendered by your employees . During the whole period we have been put through lot of agony.


And was subjected to rude behavior by the following employees Mr Kapil Jain designated as Sales Executive , Even the seniors to my surprise followed the same kind of behaviour like Mr Indrajeet Mukerjee -Sales Manager & Mr Sudeep Pokhriyal- Member Relations. Our queries & complaints were never endorsed nor any attention paid any kind of documented communication .


We have send documented communicatio on the folllowing dates. 22nd Oct 1st November , 13 December , 8th Jan , 13 March , 10 April , 3rd June , 1 July. How can such a big brand name "MAHINDRA "one of the most respected business group of India afford to have such kind of negligence in rendering services in this country . This is an act of money Laundering in public & I am surprised that no Jurisrtric body has actioned any kind of litigation on this company & has not cancelled its liscences to operate in this country .


Now we have lost the trust completely . I will definitely go ahead & refrain all my friends from joining this group & save them the mental agony I had to go through by this experience . We are totally disgusted & offended by this treatment . WE feel tortured at the end of all this . We have also decided that we will not take tis lying down . I ahve send my letter for cancellation on 3/11/2008 and have not recieved responses from them . We wand all the money back compensation for the time & effort and feel that such entities should be thaught a lesson for breaking our trust . I am surprised how come the media is also not aware about the agony of us and many more ....
