Club mahindra resorts are located in localities so away from city . Tat u end up spending thousands of rupees jus to get out of the resort . Rooms are cleaned . But in the periphery out of the city . Wats the use.

2. Very high ASF

plus you pay taxes like luxury taxes . Guest fees if any other family member travels.

Never get holidays wen u need to go anywhere.

Never available on weekend. Can't skip whole week work. Just to go to CM

Never available on new year, Diwali or any public holidays .

Some places stuff is rude.

If u are going to Goa and you're are really old and don't wanna move around . And sit only on a lonely beach. Doing nothing fr 5 days. Then u go through CM because private beach is fun fr a couple of days. U cannot enjoy because it is 70 km from main happening Goa.

No wifi in rooms. U think we live in 1960 s . Slow wifi only available in lobby .
