SUB: MISHANDLING OF MY A/C 927535 MISBEHAVIOUR OF MR TANVEER- SENIOR ESCALATION DESK


Dear Sir,


I am the member of Red season Studio(927535).


I would like to put my complaint towards mishandling of A/c as I have cleared all my EMIs till I recieved the call from Ekta Madam from chennai that one EMI is missing.At that time I was planning my travel to Goa from 20 feb 13 to 23 feb 2013 but I got the booking for 21 and 22 feb only as rooms are not available on 20 feb.


I opened my web page on 18 Feb and I found rooms are available for 20 Feb too so I succeded in getting the confirmation till it said(.confirmation cannot be given due to non-payment of EMI.so pay it online and make the booking after 15 minutes.) When I clicked on EMI details options to pay online .it says. no data is available. and I lost the modification and booking of 20 Feb .


When I contacted customer care Ms Mary denied that rooms could never be available for 20 feb so I copied my web pages saying confirmed booking from 20 feb to 23 feb 13 but it is failed due to non-payment.


This is an old case which saying There is an one EMI due Rs 6787 which I gave the 2 cheques and credit card authority too but Delhi A/c people mismanaged the case. I am sending scanned copies of cheque and authority reciept too.


For just one EMI, my booking page is blocked and pay online option is not working so please advise me WHO IS REPONSIBLE?


and WHO IS SUFFERING? and when I called up your chennai office the girl at reception told me that she didnot know any Ekta who is handling my case and my call was transferred to Mr Tanveer-Senior Esclation desk.He was telling some one his colleague that the lady(me) is mad and .bakwaas kar rahi hai .phone par.ise kaise handle karun.


However, this is our hard money and we are the members, not your puppets .we are not here to get abused and misconduct by your staff as we have paid all the dues and we are bound to you.


Please suspend Mr Tanveer and show us our account immediately.
