Hi all,
I would like to warn anyone who is looking at taking the club mahindra membership(8 years). I am holding a purple studio membership of club Mahindra and my experience with booking the holidays with club mahindra has been a nightmare. At the time of selling the membership they will paint you a picture that it no were closer to reality. Their portal and toll number sucks. When you want to book you will never find the room or the resort you would like to book. Even if you try booking on the very first day of the booking season still you end up mostly getting the third option and never the first option.
I think what they have done is they have over sold the membership and now they do not have means of satisfying the customer. I have lost more than 8 days of my vacations just because I am not able to book what I want to book. If you want to avoid the hassle please I would advice you use any of the holiday portal to plan you vacation it will come out to be much cheaper and less of hassle than what you go through while trying to book though club Mahindra member.
