I hold a Club Mahindra red season 1BR membership . My father also owns a Club Mahindra white season
studio membership. I had booked 2 hotel unit rooms for stay from 25th to 26th April at Lake Pavna, Lonavala resort. The booking was done through the call center. However, they refuse to allow me to gift this reservation to my father on the grounds that he is a guest and that resort doesn't allow guest bookings.
I have several questions for you to answer :
a) How is one's father a guest ? We are part of same family. So, how can each of us be guests to each other ?
b) He is a club mahindra member too. How is a Club Mahindra member a guest !!? Its a contradiction.
c) Where does your terms & conditions agreement (as presented to me at time of membership registration) clearly state that guest bookings wont be entertained for Lake Pavna, Lonavala resort ? Booking rules at Lake Pavna, Lonavala resort are arbitrary and unfair :
1) Only purple & red season member can book rooms.
2) No guest bookings, even when the guest is a Club Mahindra member.
This is blatant violation of consumer rights.
Please look into this matter.
